What a spectacular way to spend a Saturday afternoon. The menu is seasonal and superbly put together. Matched thoughtfully with wonderful wines. The service warm, friendly and highly efficient. Highly recommended to anyone that enjoys beautifully elegant food.

I visited for lunch as a treat with my son, and honestly I think this is the best dining experience I've ever had. The food was absolutely spectacular, and it was paired beautifully with the drink options; and then top that off with the outstanding service from the loveliest, most friendly and knowledgeable staff... perfection!!! A new bar has been set...

This was one of the most rewarding experiences on our trip to Tasmania. I visited with my partner and toured the exceptional gardens before dining in the restaurant. The detail and passion the head gardener Mitch had to offer was inspiring, and the ethos for the venue shone through the whole team. The food itself was exceptional, each course fresh and decadent made of mostly house grown ingredients. We chose the combination alcoholic/non-alcoholic drinks pairings and couldn't have chosen better. The local wines were fantastic, and the head bartender Alex pulled out some serious flavour wizardry with his non-alcoholic pairings, also created from house grown produce.

If I could give this place more stars I would. The thought put behind every single dish and drink pairing (alcoholic and non alcoholic) was impeccable. Besides this the staff are amazing and just genuinely lovely, Laura and Millie are legends, thanks again for the ace experience!
